My Approach

Counselling is a team effort – we’ll work together to figure out what you want from our sessions and shape a plan that suits you. It’s all about finding real, lasting change and building skills that help you take charge and feel more in control.

I take a trauma-informed approach and use tools from CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness. Everything we do is backed by research and tailored to support your goals.
